Bob Brown was Orioles PR Director for 34 years from 1959 to 1992, holding positions of PR Director, Traveling Secretary, and Publications Director during his career. Bob was elected to the Orioles Hall of Fame in 2003 as recipient of the Herbert E. Armstrong Award. Bob passed away in 2020 at the age of 89.

This 1966 Season Review was written and edited by Bob when he would have been Traveling Secretary. This rare document has been digitally preserved as part of our baseball history collection.

According to the Orioles Historian department: "This is a season review produced by the PR department following the 1966 season. These were done for many years as both season review and preview for the next season's media guide and were very helpful in the days before computers and the internet."
